We request the LGU of the different towns and cities of Albay to urge the RHU to refer the children in need of surgery for cleft lip and cleft palate to register for the Smile Train Philippines outreach by texting Badeth at 09692468826.
The lab works and imaging is scheduled daily at Esteves Memorial Hospital on October 14 to 17. Admission and surgery will start after the pedia clearance on October 18.
We request that a Barangay Certificate of Indigency be presented to Aina at the office of DMPF-Shelmed Compound, Barangay Bagumbayan, Daraga Albay beside Daraga North Central School.
