Calling all DMPF registered cleft patients

All registered patients for Dios Mabalos Po Foundation’s Cleft lip and palate surgical intervention at the Esteves Memorial Hospital on February 26-27 are called to complete there lab works, imaging and pedia clearance from February 10 to 24. This is to ensure that the patient can go through the procedure on the scheduled dates.
