The voyadores of the Shrine of our Lady of Salvation “Ina” spent time with the PDL of Albay and Fr Joseph Salando, parish priest. The program partners included friends of Bishop Emeritus Jse C. Sorra, D.D., who celebrated his 95th birthday on March 9th.
